Stopped using it in June when school stopped

picked it up today

wont turn on


tried charging the battery


still wont turn on


sometimes i get the PALM POWERED SCREEn after hitting the power button several times and squeezing the machine then it turns off again



why did it randomly die? can i fix it? could it be the battery? i tried 2 diff chargers so its not that
