Anyone else buy a palm M100 and have any gripes/props about it? I personally love it except for the lack of built in e-mail support, which was an incredibly stupid move on palm's part. Well post your 2 cents here.

Well, I was thinking about getting one, but not unless it has email support. Forget it now.....I knoew there had to be a reason for the 150 dollar price difference.

That's the el-cheapo, ruggedized, smaller screen, light, plasticky one, right? I think it's a good idea. If I had ANY use whatsoever for a PDA, I would probably go with it JUST BECAUSE of the smaller size and the plasticness of it. From what I have seen of it, it looks (VERY MUCH UNLIKE ANY OTHER PALM I HAVE SEEN) like you could throw it on the ground, and it wouldn't skip a beat. Palms have always seemed fragile to me.

I ordered mines from the redgorilla deal last week. It better not be a scam! Im eagerly awaiting it's arrival (4 - 6 weeks), damnit. Its pretty much like every other palm, except with smaller screen and 2mb (which can be upgraded manually to 8mb). I heard the email program that comes with palm isnt all that great neither (correct me if im wrong). Either way, you can download third party e-mail programs that will do just as much, or more. Just like the expense manager. Well, thats just my 2 cents.

The Palm email reader is good for reading small messages offline. It's nothing to write home about (no pun intended).

The screen is smaller, but it has the same nuber of pixels. the pixels are just smaller. It is much sharper. And it isn't any harder to use than my dad's palm Vx screen. Let me clarify, there is no BUILT IN e-mail support. there are third party applications that do e-mail. the problem is for a good on it will cost you some more money. I am experimenting with demos of them to see which work the best.

Okay, I can get the Palm3e and the M100 for the same price...
What do I buy?

Thanks ;)

Spend another $100 and get the IIIxe :)

I personally would get the IIIe for myself because it looks more professional.
