Palm HotSync Conduit Won't Work with Public Folders (Outlook) Need 3rd Party Utility!

As title says...

What do you recommend to use? Computer is running Windows 2000 SP4. PDA is Palm Tungsten E series. Hotsync working fine with USB but only syncs to Users' exchange mailbox. They want to be able to sync their public folders, i.e. Calendar and Contacts which are changed frequently by other users in the office.

The conduit setup doesn't support this unfortunately. Anyone else running a similar setup?
