For clarification,someone is going to say all the results must be in by Tuesday at 5:00 P.M.. I don't think that is valid in this case. Remember,this is the election commitee that has made this determination.This is an extension of that body that calls for the Tuesday deadline. If Tuesday was a consideration,it would have been brought up in this deliberation.
The mechanics of how this manual recount will be done is for future discusion. Its just speculation now.
The only thing republicans can even hope for now is a favorable court hearing on monday. I don't see that happening at all.
