Holy low-ball questions - then he sits there as she answers and smiles like he wants to kiss her. He has not challenged her on a single issue out there. How does someone do such a fluff-piece and call themselves a journalist?

Of course he's not a journalist. None of these cable tv news commentators are at all. They are partisan fvckheads who serve no purpose but to entrench among those with little tendency to critical judgement an undeserved sense of righteousness.

Well we have statement one--Hannity is biased in favor of Palin and he journalist that he was not, gave her softball questions.

Quite predictably we have others saying Obama has received similar softball question from the main networks.

Cheer up boys and girls, we will have debates as each candidate competes head to head with each other to give the best answers to the same hard ball and softball questions.

For a high one, I just got myself the cable "News Package" in my area which includes FOXNews, MSNBC, Bloomberg and some other crap. I previously only had BBC, CNN and a bunch of Canadian stuff. I feel so bad for Americans when I get a taste of the partisan crap you are being fed. Is there nobody in the land that identifies themselves as fairminded, intelligent, professional individuals first and partisan hacks second???

It is a grim state of affairs if this is the filter through which the majority of the populace (i.e., stupid...) gets their news. But damned if it ain't entertaining... ;)
