Like I said when Obama introduced Biden as "the next President of the United States", and a few days later when Biden started a sentence with "When I'm President"... who cares? On a gaff scale of 1 to 10, where 1 is asking a parapeligic to stand up, 5 is waving hello to blind guy, and 10 is tellling the American people bluntly "I'm going to raise your taxes", that would be a -1.
