I just heard the same thing on NPR/PRI. It's a good start. I hope Isreal will give Arafat a chance to prove whether he's sincere, and more important, effective, this time.

like that will make any difference in terrorism attacks, the only things those offices of hamas are used for, is for wellfare. Incase you didn't know, that's where hamas' popularity comes from, they do alot of wellfare projects amongst refugees.

the real training facilities are most likely in lebanon.

Good idea, wats the use of seperate offices anyways? The PLO, Hama and Islamic Jihad can all operate from PLO's office.
