Look at the board or a good picture of the board.

You should see four holes drilled through the mobo, one near each corner of the cpu socket, for mounting the 8045.

If the holes are there, you're good to go. If not, you'll have to choose either another heatsink or another mobo.

The 8045 is an outstanding cooler, but just too heavy to mount with regular cip-on mounts.
