PAL Xbox hooked up to monitor... How do I display 720x576?

I used to use Virtual dub,but it would only display 525 lines.
I then used Nero Vision and it worked, but the next day no matter what I
tried, it would not.

I simply need to display 720x576. I do not even care to record it or even the sound.

PAL 625 lines 60hz

Tried Virtual VCR, Open Video Capture..... didn't work.
