PAL PC games

Is there any difference between games for the European market and those for the North American market? (ie. can I play European games here in North America?)

not for PC games

alot of my cough cough legal cough cough pc cough cough not cough downloaded cough games cough are european and work fine

You can play PC games regardless of what side of the pond your games or hardware is from.

Okay cause sometimes I've seen games on eBay that say PAL but they should be playable here then right?

PC Games, yea. Just make sure that if it's a MMO it doesn't tie you to a particular region.
