You have got to give Bush credit. He's whipping the world into shape in a hurry.

Never thought I would see some of these middle eastern countries on the side of the US.

While I feel for those who died, perhaps they did not die in vain. (if I misspelled that I apologize profusely)

(CNN) -- Pakistan's government was preparing Sunday to demand that Afghanistan's ruling Taliban hand over suspected terrorist Osama bin Laden within three days.

CNN has learned that Pakistan will threaten massive military action led by the United States unless Kabul complies. U.S. President George W. Bush has characterized bin Laden as the "prime suspect" in Tuesday's hijacking attacks that left thousands of people dead or missing, toppled New York's World Trade Center and damaged the Pentagon.

I don't know what it means though...Afghanistan has also claimed they will retaliate against anyone who helps the US.

That's just formality, to show they're really on our side... i highly doubt bin Laden will be handed over, but it is nice to see them as an ally.

I think you folks are overlooking the fact that so many countries appear to be getting on the same side. While I'm not about to bring Nostradomus back into this, I could help but think that depending on how that quote of his is interpretted, that this could single the begining of a new era. You know the mythical 'age of aquarius'. It's kinda of weird that every belief and superstition points to this general time period.

I am optomistic that the people who died in new york and virginia did not die in vain. I think there may be a great good that comes from all this, and perhaps we should try looking at it that way.

The eternal optimist.
