Hey guys..

I have a P4 2.4B and an Asus P4PE motherboard, and I currently have 512 mb of RAM (Samsung Original DDR333 PC-2700 512mb CAS2.5).

I wanna add another 512 mb now, and I can't find this exact same memory on newegg. So my question is: will any ddr memory (I'm getting an extra 512 mb) work in conjunction with this one, or do I have to get another PC-2700 memory?

Also, what should I do in terms of performance, try to get another memory as close to that one or just the fastest I can get (in that case, won't it be limited to the speed of the memory I already have)?

Well, I bought my Samsung 512mb PC2700 from this place. You might want to check them if you are looking for a similar stick. Formerly known as Googlegear

But yeah, pretty much any other brand of PC2700 or higher spec should co-exist peacefully with your current stick.

Is that store trustworthy, and did they take too long to ship you the memory?

Yeah, I always buy everything from them. But they don't arry that samsumg stick anymore, just my luck 🙂
