Painting a steel bumper with a compressed air spraygun - what paint to use, where to buy?

I have a steel "mutha bumper" on order for my truck. This one here. It's much sturdier than the stock plastic bumper cover.

It only comes in black, as you see it in the photo above. I want to paint it white to match my truck. I have a compressor and a spray gun, which I have no idea how to use. (the gun, not the compressor!) It came as a kit. I might as well use the darn thing, right?

What kind of paint to buy? Where to buy it? Thanks.

Automotive paint if you want it to match. Check the yellow pages. Be warned, it may not be cheap. White paint + clearcoat shouldn't set you back more than a couple hundred bucks. If it does, forget painting it yourself, take it off, and take it to a body shop. They more than likely can do it themselves.
