Getting supplies for my painting project, 1 case, possibly 2, plus a laptop or two if they turn out the way i think they will....in any case, have yet to find a close store that sells anything above 250 grit sandpaper. Im going to be wetsanding my case, how many sheets of paper should i expect to use? i only see 50 packs or 5 packs online and 50 is too much, 5 isnt enough, and it doesn't make sense for 3 5 packs to cost the same amount as 1 50 pack.

blah...

I just bought 1600 grit at Sears (and they sell it by the sheet or in packs). Might wanna try them if you got one nearby. No clue on your estimates, though.

For sandpapering needs, Walmart's car paint section has ALWAYS had everything needed. All the way up to 2000 grit and the prices are very low. Don't waste time going anywhere else for sandpaper, just go there.
