Don't think so... a paintball gun load with marbles would be considered a 'deadly weapon'. Just like loading a squirt gun with acid, or gas and a match. Not legal at all!

Actually to make a paingun a deadly weapon, on par with a handgun, isn't that hard. I think of you can guess how already.

a paintball gun loaded with marbles is not illegal until used in an illegal way. there are no laws against it. a baseball bat is a deadly weapon.

Actually in AZ, you don't even need a license. I can carry a firearm on my side in a holster into the supermarket or wherever.....just as long as it's not a place that serves alcohol [bar, stripclub]

Certainly laws vary from state to state, but in Connecticut, if you got caught with a paintball gun loaded with marbles, you would almost certainly be arrested, and you'd have a hell of a time trying to talk the State's Attorney out of prosecuting you. They'd be more than happy to make an example out of you.

Dont have to put marbles in a paintball gun to make it deadly, just put the regular paintballs in the freezer and it iwll be as hard as the marbles.

Please, DONT do either! This is what give sports like paintball a bad rap. For those of us that do take the sport serious and do enjoy it, dont abuse it by doing obviously stupid stuff.

PS- "Youll shoot your eye out kid" lol

MAN that is scary. The thought of getting hit by a flying marble....ugh. I'm a concealed carry and I would probably end up returning fire. Scary. Whatever happend to kids throwing stuff at each other or shooting low power bb guns?
