Paint Chips on my Car! What do I do

Hey guys, I noticed on my 2000 Camry that there are little paint chips on the hood of my car, from salt and rocks( I live in the north east). So i was wondering what u guys do to remove these paint chips or do u just let it go and rust hehe. Anything and everything I would like to know, what paint u use, how u apply it, or if there is anything to do at all. My last car had the same thing, but i didn;t do anything, looked kinda ugly after a while. Sorry no Dig cam for pics. Thanks in advance

THe only way to repair it is to use touch-up paint or repaint your whole hood. You can't "remove" the areas with no paint because there isn't anything to remove!
