1 Ibuprofen + 1 Paracatemol = Much Goodness.

Though I do recall quite enjoying the morphine drip I was given after I had my last operation.

ibuprofen = BEST!

EDIT: in terms of minor pains and minor to severe headaches.
of course for crazier stuff, vicodin's the thing, but for OTC stuff, ibuprofen rules.

I suffer from Cluster headaches and only Tylenol 3's with codeine help. They also work for tooth pain and, because I live in Canada I pay absolutely nothing!:)

Demerol and Phenergan injection = GREAT!
Vicodin or Percocet = VERY GOOD!
Toradol and Phenergan; seperate injection sites = GOOD!
Anything OTC = Meh.

Probably Canadian or British they like to throw crazy ass names for common American drugs.

Not at all. All 3 work in different ways, and are processed differently in the body. There is no interaction between them.

"Paracetamol" is the recommended international name - as such it is used world-wide with the exception of the US.

1g taken every 4-6 hours is the normal adult dose. But note the maximum of 4g in any 24 hour period.
