I've only played a bit, but it felt like House of The Dead, only you get to move around and the graphics kick more ass. It's crazy peopl ripping their intestines off and throwing them at you. Sick stuff. But honestly I found the demo very very very boring. Just mindless same old same with very very weak ai. At least if your only going to do mindless killing the mobs could at least think a little bit. Very boring and defintly a bad game imo.
Ran like absolute crap on my system. The settins stressed so much and you saw so little. The only thing that was probably worth setting was Texture Quality and Water Quality on Medium and that's it. The rest is neglidgeable. I still don't know what it does. Even at high. And some settings at high, might as well be on low because the visual intesity doesn't make up for the hefty performance drop.ps... did farcry run crappy on anyone else's system? mine sucked...
I can imagine. 🙂 I sometimes wish I was a teenager in that time period. But I love history, so I wish I lived every era just to see what it's like. But 80's is the most recent I can hope for. 95.5 saturday night 80s. I've seen some pictures of about 5 80s classes in the copy room on the 4th floor near the library. I had fun with those and I also try to collect 80s movies and CDs. Some 80s movies though such as The Breakfast Club just try to force this message into the viewer so badly that it is sickening and kind of messes up the movie, but still fun. 🙂 The 80s were a low point in education believe it or not since the 60s. The 90s started to get things up a bit. But you gotta say to yourself, Holy Crap it RUled though. 🙂 I can keep talking, but I'll stop now.we had such laid back teachers then. Math teacher used to buy pizza and bring enuf gum for everyone. English teacher was kewl, no homework and helped everyone learn. Science teacher did not care if you were there or not, as long as you turned in all your labs and passed all your tests. Shop teacher never took attendence. You could smoke anywhere as long as it was NOT inside the school.
But if oyu got caught cutting class, or forging parents signatures on those little yellow absence excuse cards, you got 3 7:45's. Which meant three morning of having to sit detention at 7:45AM. And after 3 sets of 3x7:45AM, they called your parents for a meeting.
LOL! High school was a blast, but then again, the worst we did back then was smoke some grass, drop some acid and get real mellow. There were no gangs, hardly any violence (except when the burnouts and the jocks went at it) and no major drug problems.
Ahh... those were the days.

Should have paid more attention during that A+ class 😉 With PC133 it was so bandwidth starved that it was slower than a turtle with a limp.Originally posted by: VIAN
I never knew that the P4 was compatible with SDRAM. I thought that it lauched with RDRAM.
A+ wasn't anything like that. The only thing I learned was about electro-static-discharge. And naming computer parts and some stupid stuff about them. History of CPUs. They had open computers on the table that took up 1/8 of the room. But we weren't allowed to touch them. "Get away," he would yell. Some A+ Certification.Should have paid more attention during that A+ class
