Painkiller Black Edition WTF??? FIXED

So I installed Painkiller Black Edition on my computer (in my sig) and when I start it i get a quick burst of sound and a black screen, then I get a weird blue screen that takes up most of the left upper portion of the screen. Installed the patch for Painkiller (1.61) updated my gpu driver (195.10 or something along those lines) with no avail. Anyone familiar with this?

-fixed it as soon as i posted decided to disable the second monitor and voila it works...been at this one for days... anyways hope this helps someone else
