I remember seeing something about that on tv. She was a reporter covering some daredevil event. A dirt bike drove through that thing behind her and fireworks/explosives went off at the opening as the bike jumped out the end. I think she was just at the wrong place at the wrong time.

Ouch. I tried not to laugh, but her hair on fire and just slumping off the end of the truck was comical. Hope she was okay.
