Painful day at the beach

At a recent trip to the beach with my campus ministry, we had some fun boogie boarding. But as I caught one of the waves, my board got lifted high up and then I got crushed as the wave came down. On this particular wipeout tho, I was bent over backwards underwater and heard lots of cracks in my lower back. After a few stunned minutes I finally made it back onto beach.

Now its about two weeks after the incident and I still have lower back pain. Anything to be worried about?

Erm, I definitely think you should go see a doctor for this one.

It's better to stop it before the symptoms turn out into something serious.

Hmm... IronChefM.. what you just explained sounds really painful... since it's been 2 weeks and you still feel pain, you really should take this up w/ a doctor - does it just hurt while you do nothing? Or does it hurt when you put some pressure on it??

Speaking of going to a doctor, I should take my own advice and go get my knees checked =)

Bones arent meant to go crunch ... see a chriopractor (sp?) and get your back professionally crushed and mangled back into place.
