Could she have pulled a muscle? If it's been like that for 4 days, and aspirin isn't helping, it may be time to see a doc, especially if it's really bothering her.

I had a problem like this once. My neck got sore and eventually I couldn't turn my head to the right. I went to the doctor and he told me I had a pinched nerve. It's been a while, but I think he took x-rays and stuff. Can't remember if he gave me muscle relaxants or not. I'd say if it don't go away maybe she should go have it checked out by a doctor.
