I certainly don't consider that a problem. Maybe if I'd run into that little "issue", I wouldn't have switched from T-Mobile!

I'm sure the wife / girlfriend would be a bit pissed if you printed that off, and left it sitting on the desk without realizing...

I don't know about you, but digital boobs don't make up for shitty service.

I never had shitty service. I had T-Mobile for 7 years - customer service was always great, I *never* had a problem with reception - in fact, I've used both Sprint and Verizon here in Seattle over the past 6 months, I actually get a better signal from T-Mobile than either of them. Not to mention their plans are dirt cheap and they routinely have great phones.

I left T-Mobile because of the frustratingly slow rollout of 3G. I got it downtown, but not out in the suburbs. So yea - for me, there were better options out there - but for many, many people - T-Mobile is way better than they get credit for.

i'm going to go ahead and file this one under.... "not an issue"

Yeah, I just posted it as a joke

However the Sidekick problems and voice outage have been a bit more of a problem for TMob...

I've been a customer forever, am basically happy, but am always on the lookout for a cheaper plan/better phone...

I wondered how T Mobile was even in business still. Apparently there are areas where their coverage is manageable.
