Paging file on second disk

I have an 40 Gig IBM 60GXP 7200rpm, ATA/100 drive on my system dual-booting between Windows2000 and WindowsME. I also hav a Quantum LCT15 15Gig, 5400rpm ATA/66 drive on my system on a separate controller (the RAID controller on an MSI K7T Turbo MB). Will moving the paging file to the second drive improve the performance of the system?
Thanks

Been there, done that. If both drives were 7,200 RPM, it would be a good idea, but the performance gained from moving it onto the second drive would likely be lost because the second drive is slower.
