I'm noticing on FreeMeter that a fairly substantial portion of my paging file is in use, but my ram isn't close to being full. The current numbers are ~975mb of 2g RAM in usage, ~950mb of 2.5g paging file in use with just Vista, WMP, and FF running.
Seeing as the usage numbers are very similar, I'm wondering if the data in my ram is being copied into the paging file at the same time? Maybe there's some obscure setting somewhere I missed.
Any thoughts?
