Pager system - what is this called?

It has a little button device, seperate from everything else that is battery-powered.

Then, a seperate pager-size device that is also battery-powered needs to beep when that button is pressed.

It has to be wireless and small and battery-powered and have a decent range.

Anyone know what this is called or where I can get it from?
 
Something like any of these? The benefit of working in a senior citizen community probably helped know what you may have meant. Assuming that's what you meant.
