anyone know anything about pagead2.googlesyndication.com or google-analytics.com?

i have a couple websites/forums i go to that seems to have been hi-jacked by these to things and i cannot get rid of it..i did the clear histoy,cache, cookies etc..i have ran mcafee virus scan and a copuple different spyware programs.

anyone have any other suggestions?
