OK, I can usually troubleshoot most any problem or find an answer on Microsoft's KB but, this one has me thrown for a loop 🙁
I have one machine that has problems with cookies even when they are enabled. I even have a clean install of Windows XP, the security updates and other updates from MS's site. Here is one page that will not load not matter what I do with enabling cookies in the Privacy Tab and setting all the Security settings to the lowest:

Train Site. That page loads but, clicking on the button on the left for the Bulletin Board all I ever get on this one machine is:
"Make Sure Cookies are Enabled in your Browser"

I have done all the delete cookies, delete temp internet files a million times along with adjusting those settings in Privacy and Security so it has to be something else.
Does anyone have an idea and could it be hardware related (like video card??) I already changed the NIC and it made no difference? Every other machine can access this BB fine so it almost seems like it is hardware but, that does not make sense to me.

Any help would be really appreciated. 🙂

It sounds like this must not be true.

I would format the HD completely and than install XP and go to that page, dont even bother with the updates go strait to it.

Yeah, when things stop making logical sence think about what "shortcuts" you made in your troubleshooting earlier. I doubt there is any way your HW could mess up cookies for this one website...

Thanks for the reply Spy 🙂

I actually have done this twice now with both XP Home and Pro. Fresh format of NTFS, clean install, and then go right to that page. Still no go 🙁
It is for a customer that hangs out at that site and so I have to get this working. It is the damnest thing I've ever experienced. :disgust:

wow, now that is really wierd.

I was thinking all along that you knew what you were doing well enough to not make a stupid mistake like that, but than again I make mistakes like that from time to time...

ummm.... Install Opera?
