I use Netscape 7.02 (tabs, baby !!!) and found with the new forum that my pages frequently display like this

I have a custom skin (Blue) that I prefer and, the last time I looked, the author did not update it to support the newer Netscape versions. This happens on about every third page and is annoying as a squeaky sneaker. Any chance it might be cleaned up ? Or should I expect to be asked to move to a newer Netscape version ? TIA guys !

Yep, I think Netscape 7.02 is based on Mozilla 1.0.2, which is pretty old. Try at least 7.1, based on Moz 1.4. 7.2 is due soon, based on Moz 1.7. I don't think I have that problem with 7.1

why not just use mozzilla 1.6 or 1.7 instead😉

or better yet firefox

tab browsing rules

Why use Mozilla or Firefox ??

I dunno, I still prefer Netscape, don't ask why ... I guess I'm loyal. If I wanna nitpick, I don't like the throbbers each browser offers. Yea, yea ... I can change that too, but it just adds more work to the whole problem. The author of the Blue skin has not updated to 7.1, so I may have to try Mozilla, even though I feel like a dork with that goofy dinosaur throughout the browser's visual items.

Anyone recommend something that I can add the Blue skin to and match as close as possible the Netscape visuals ?

So far I tried out:
Mozilla 1.6 - no support for the Blue theme
Mozilla 1.4 - Blue supported but initially the Tabs option is unavailable for viewing. Opening a page and then right clicking/Open in new tab would then display tabs. I opened a few AT threads to test it and it looks OK so far. Now if I can just change that ugly 'M' throbber in the upper right ....
