Page File problem

hello all,
I searched the forum for issues regarding slow performance due to increasing page file usage but found nothing (did find one topic on the same exact issue but it was never addressed)

I tried defragmenting my HD and still no luck. I currenty have Win XP manage the size. Could this be a RAM issue? maybe bad memory?

Any help would be much appreciated.
 
An increase in the use of the Windows page file means that you don't have enough RAM to satisfy the need of the applications you are using. Get more RAM.
