Page Fault in nonpaged area

I've got a Celeron 1.4GHz (100MHz FSB) in my slot 1 bx board. When I got it, I decided to OC it and see how much it would take. I was able to get it up to 117fsb prime95 stable for 24 hours. I then decided to be conservitive and run it at 110fsb. It's been running fine for about a year. I got back from vacation the other day and turned it on and within 1 minute I had a page fault in nonpaged area. I rebooted the computer and it ran fine for about an hour then did it again. Then I ran a chkdsk and it said everything was fine. It's still running at 110 and it's been 2 days since I got the error. Could this be overclocking related, or something else? What normally causes a page fault?

no, I will do that. I have all three slots filled. Two 256MB Crucial and one 128MB corsair. hmmm, I wonder if they have a lifetime warenty....
