Page Fault in Non Paged Area Error!

I started my computer today morning and it started as normal. I started FF and was working but only a few moments later Windows just re-started all of a sudden! I let it re-start and then once again Windows was loaded, but now it gave me a blue screen with a 'Page Fault in Non Paged Area error' and 'Beginning Dump of Physical Memory' error. I powered off my PC and waited a few minutes before starting it again. Now, it's working normally again, no-re-starts so far in 30 minutes.

I was wondering what could have caused this? Any ideas?

My PC specs are as follows:

Intel P4, 2.4 GHz
Mobo: Intel D865GBF
1024 MB DDR (512 MB X 2)
Sparkle GeForce 7300 GT (512MB)
160 GB HDD (Samsung + Seagate Barracuda)
OS: Windows XP (SP2)

Typically memory, try www.goldmemory.cz or http://www.memtest.org/ and see what it shows.

Thanks! I'll try Memtest. Btw, I'm still running the system and it's been 5 hours and running okay.
