Page encoding switches to Unicode (?)

Whenever I visit AT forums, the encoding changes to Unicode even if I have Auto-Select unchecked. I have to manually change it back to Western Euopean for everything to look right. All other sites are displayed with Western European.

It started happening a couple days ago. I think it was immediately after I installed the IE6 October Cummulative Update from Windows Update.

Sorry if this is not a forum issue. It only happens when I go to AT forums so I'm not sure where to put it.
