Page Computers - Your experiences

Anyone order from pagecomputers com ? It is just me, or are they one of the worst e-trailers EVAR!!!!!!!1?

What have your experience been with them? I've never once had a good experience with that company. From extremely long hold times, not even being able to get a hold of their live chat through dozens of tries, and no response to e-mails. Let alone, when you order from them it generally doesnt ship for 3 to 4 days. I've ordered 3 times from them, each time problem after problem after excuses after more excuses.

I thought that just possibly, just MAYBE, the first few times were "bad days" for them. I was wrong. Page Computers is absolutely the worse e-tailer i've ever ordered from. I'll stick with Newegg, CV and ZZF. I will NEVER order from Page Computers again.

I know they suck, but each time i've ordered through them they had something that Newegg, CV and ZZF didn't have (sadly).

So you got shafted by them the first time you ordered, then you proceeded to order multiple times again? BRILLIANT!

I've never even heard of them...

I always check for my items on pricewatch and on Froogle. I then pick who is rated best at RR. Even if it's a few bucks more.

yep, it isnt price. Its availability, that is the problem with my three orders with them.

Regardless if something isnt available at any other place, i'll wait until it is. It isnt worth the hassle and headache of working with page computers.

Do you stab yourself in the face when you have free time? 😕 Ratings sites are a wonderful way for those willing to do the research to avoid bad experiences, you perused one and bought from a bad company anyway? And did so repeatedly despite the bad experience you knew was coming?

Did you happen to read anything on this thread? They had a product that I absolutely had to have for a client that none of the "good" e-tailers had in stock. I had no choice.

Regardless, even if i have no choice in the future, I simply won't go through the hoops, hassle, and terrible customer service, even if they are the only one with a specific product i need.
