Yea...SVC.com staff have been revamped so they don't remember. It use to be this white guy named Lee and a bunch of younger Asian guys. Now they have their two Mexican ladies who help out and do the order from what I remember.
 
I've seen them at the modding stores, such as Performance PCs, Frozen CPU, and another one that I can't remember the name of. But these sites don't open up, so I can't look myself while I'm at work. I'll search when I get home though.
