Like the AP and USA today polls, my noodles rankings are as follows:

1) Japanese Ramen (the authentic type)
2) Pad Thai
3) Pho
4) Taiwanese thin noodles (o-a mian4 xian4)
5) Cantonese dried noodles (yi4 mian4 in mandarin)
