Packet8 Customer support sucks

I just had to say that Packet8 customer support sucks. You wait like 30 minutes on the phone and than the extension does not pick up their phone, you have to hit 1 to continue to hold. I just set up this service and my phone number really sucks so I want to change it. I think I might just cancel the service now.
