Packet Writing, choice, choice, choice...

I'm looking for a good format for packet writing on CDRW and DVDRW. I need it to be reliable and readable, which means no data lost and readable among machines.

So far I know there are:

PacketCD
DirectCD
InCD
B's CLiP
FileCD

Would you comment on what to be the best choice among all?

They all have their quirks, but it would be a toss up between
Nero inCD or Cequadrat's PacketCD.

They are really the most stable UDF and Mt Rainier supported
readers and writers.

DirectCD is still to buggy after all these years.

FileCD is just simply a No Show.
