I've been playing WarCraft 3 online, but my problem is I always lag out. I play with friends and they tell me the window pops up saying to drop me (those of you who play StarCraft should know what I'm talking about). Someone told me it's because my connection has packet loss.
I occasionally run a Counter-Strike server on the same connection and get packet loss sometime too...
Do you guys know of a program that monitors this or a program (or some other fix) to resolve this problem?
I usually don't have any programs running in the background, especially file share programs (like Kazaa or DirectConnect). I make it a point to close those programs....any ideas?
I use Outlook Express to check my email and stuff, and to keep it a bit organized, I use different identities for my hotmail, earthlink, and school accounts. But sometimes, when I choose to Switch Identities, the program closes and never loads back up. If I try to open OE again, it doesn't load. I have to go to the Task Manager and kill each instance of OE before I can open it again. Any ideas?
Thanks
