Hi,
Try looking in the BIOS.

When you boot up, keep your finger on the 'delete' key.

Once in the BIOS, be werry werry careful. [If you make a mistake, just make sure you DONT save the settings]
If you are not sure about finding your way around in the BIOS, get a mate to do it, cos you can badly screw the poota to the point where you can't get back into the BIOS without clearing it.

Good luck,

Multiple ways. There might be a jumper. There might be a bios setting. Or nothing. Just install a new vid card and find out.

The reason I am asking is because the video does not appear to work. I dont find a jumper for the video.
The only jumpers I find are for CPU speed control and some others that are as follows

cmos= clr or keep
sclk =1/3 or 1/4

pswd = ena or dis
setup = ena or dis

one other jumper is nor=1,2 or rcvr=2,3 This jumper to me is not obvious. Does not seem to be used and I have not tried to use it.

I have installed a known good ISA card and a known good PCI card. No video out with either.
When the board is powered up the floppy seems to boot when I use a floppy boot disk and there is
one beep which normally seems all is ok.

Thanks for previous suggestions and any newer ones.
