I ordered some LED's from a seller in Hong Kong on eBay awhile ago, and have yet to receive them. They've got good feedback - 436 evals, with 99.1% positive. I've ordered from them before too. The shipping time has been pretty decent - usually faster than shipping something UPS ground across the country, though that's not saying much. :) I've heard a little bit about some port slowdown on the west coast. Would this affect all packages coming into the country from Asia?

The port here in LA has been backed up for a while now. I know JVC was having problems getting their D-ILA HDTVs into the country after they underestimated US demand for them in the Fall. Also bringing in agriculture from abroad has been slow the last few months. Sounds like its improving from the article below. Getting containers out of the port and onto the road will increasingly become a problem in the coming years. Here in SoCal they recently approved a measure that would increase the width of the 710 freeway (Port to Downtown LA freeway) to 14 lanes wide, with two lanes each way reserved only for big rigs and container trucks. In ten years that will be great, but it will be a mess while they're building it.
