Pacesetter Monza exhaust tip question (not rice)

I have an '02 Dakota that I've replaced the muffler on, it has a Dynomax muffler which generates a nice tone but quite a bit of noise outside the cab, also, the stock tail pipe has that "dirty rust" look that most bare metal pipes tend to generate after a while. I was thinking of having a Pacesetter Monza tip w/ resonator added on to clean it up and quiet it down. Nothing huge, just a 2.5" in single tip.

Does anyone have any experience with these? And is there a way to make the insides NOT yellow? (yellow on a silver and chrome truck would look BAD)
