Comeon guys..if we didnt have these laws there would be riots in the streets!

Buying hard stuff, and beer in the same place! NO WAY! Your talking like the devil.

lol. yeah they are lame but really..its still easy to get beer...just think before hand...

Still...stupidest law in PA: If you go to a bar and want to buy 4 six packs of beer....you cant...not all at once. You have to buy two, go to your car, put it in, and then go back and buy two more. Its true....And then they let you by cases of beer at a drive through without getting out of your car. Strange.

The funniest thing is that I'm a Marylander going to Penn State. There are LOTS of people who don't know it's done any other way than this and their heads always explode when I mention places like Troyer's Liquor, where you can buy anything from top shelf vodka to piss-water Miller Lite. And Slim-Jims. And gasoline. And it's not in any way affiliated with the state government.

I live in State College too (think we had this discussion once a while back) and the first time I went to Wegmans I wandered about the store for 15 minutes looking for the beer aisle. That is almost as bad as the time my coworker, who is from Virginia, went to the gas station to pick up some beer. . . yeah that didn't work out either.

I also spent about 15 minutes in Kaufman's at the 'mall' looking for the escalator. . .

Try growing up around New Orleans where the bars are always open, you can buy any type of booze any gas station any time, and we have drive thru daquiri shops. The first tme I was at a bar and I heard last call for alcohol I was confused.
