P965-S3 C2 stepping?

Will gigabyte release P965-S3 C2 stepping or just for DS3?

what is the C2 stepping?

and has it reached the DS4 which i plan to get in a month or so?

C2 stepping supposedly fixes all the bugs/errata that were there with the C1 stepping chipsets.
And it should get to the Ds4 sooner or later.But i can't find the DS4 anywhere in stock.(i was interested in that too.its basicall a DQ6 without that lousy back plate)
