I'm pretty sure the viewsonic P95F is now being discontinued. What do you think about this? This means there are no longer any good monitors on the market anymore. well unless you feel like shelling out big bucks for a 22 incher. Why the heck would they discontinue it? It doesn't make sense...:frown:

Because demand for CRTs keeps going down, and demand for LCDs keeps going up? Plus profit margins are a lot better on LCDs, and they're much easier to ship and store (so retail stores like them).

I'm not seeing why this is a big mystery. For the 90%+ of the market that doesn't care about the poor (although constantly improving) response time and marginally worse color reproduction, LCD monitors are just better all around. Read the numerous long threads about LCD versus CRT if you want more on this topic...
