P8Z77-V LK first boot issues

Hello,
I'm building a setup with P8Z77-V LK with an Intel 3570K and G.Skill F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL. On first startup beeps and dram light flashes and won't go past first screen and continually reboots. I have tried using one stick of ram and have tried every kind of combination with the ram. Still will not go past this point. I double checked the compatable ram list and they list the G.Skill F3-12800CL9D-8GBRL. The latency timings are the same as are the voltages. I believe the only difference is the heatsink is larger. I only have the mobo, processor and ram powered up. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

With the power switched off (switch off at the PSU and/or at the wall socket outlet), reset BIOS.

Power on. Try booting again.

Still problem? Try another PSU if possible.

Still problem? Most likely the motherboard is faulty.
