turn off all USB legacy in bios
Have you installed ASMedia USB drivers?
On this USB stuff, you absolutely must have latest drivers, ASMedia and Intel chipset USB 2.0
http://www.station-drivers.com/
You may have to buy a few dif brands KB to find one the bios likes
What ship bios did you get? Its near top of EZ page in bios. Do you have v-pro gen 3?

You can see drive in computer if you add drive letter in diskman if needed and change folder options/view (cntrl panel) to show hidden files folders and drives, and uncheck hide empty drives. Then reboot.

My other post seems to have disappeared for some reason. What i said was you need to go to vidcard forum here to get vidcard recommends then go to Hot Deals here - you may find a $200 card for $130. I also sent you a PM for a place you need to go and start reading - lots of overclocking templates and other tips/info. Should take you about 3 months to get thru.

TurboV is basic Intel 2500 2600 O/C - 3300/3400 stock 3700/3800 turbo

are you running Win 98 or Win XP SP0 (legacy)?
They mean legacy O/S
USB 2 and 3 supports everything before it also - hardware
Leave it on and you confuse the bios so it doesnt know what the frick to do.

Bios 801 is beta (for non gen3 v-pro), now at 902

iGPU is for iGPU no PCIe
But it does work as second choice for PCI (AGP card) since similar channel
And there are 6 or 7 other iGPU bios tweaks, most important is to set iGPU mem at 128MB (in bios) - the more the better. ASRock goes up to 512MB mem for onboard GPU and I think some ASUS latest bios go that high - not sure since i dont use them. 512 gives a big increse in perf.

You may have +- leads on HDD led connectors switched or off one pin. Thats what the q-connector is for

Realtek has 2 dif modes AC97 (audio CODEC 1997) and HD (high def)
Always use HD and once again LATEST drivers
You set HD in bios
Use HD connector to mobo (front panel)
Load HD drivers to Win 7
Cant intermingle
Then disable in this profile the INTEL Southbridge HD Audio in dev manager put in by chipset drivers and Win 7 install

Edit: And dont install AI SuiteII. Its cool and sexy and has good features, but unless you are really knowledgable, it will fock up your system
