Which one is more stable and provides better overclock? Been reading reviews, but seems like they're very similar. Does anyone have any experiences with it?

I would like to know as well!

I'm interested in Reliability Stability and ease of Use.--ie., compatability.

I have been using the Sabertooth P67 for about 3 months now and have had no issues per se, I have even installed the replacement board which addressed the chipset issues...

The ONLY thing that perplexes me is it still says "no hard disk detected" when booting up...

The Sabertooth looks really cool too!

Yea, I almost went with the Sabertooth because of the look. I love the "finished" look, but could not justify the cost increase.

As for the Disk Issue, do you have AHCI enabled? I don't know what you have tried, but have read others complain about No Disk Detected when using AHCI (rather than IDE). Just becareful changing the setting after windows is installed. Could cause boot issues.

It's the Marvell PCIe SATA 6Gb/s controller sending you that message. If you don't have any drives connected to it, it tends to do that. When I built my Asus setup I got a sinking feeling when I saw that message on first boot. Took a couple of boots to work out what it was.

Try disabling the Marvell controller in the BIOS and see if it goes away.

Any verdict? I'd like to achieve 4.5GHz minimum on a 2500K build, otherwise I don't think it's worth it.

I'm at 4.4ghz rock solid with a standard p8p67. I'm sure those premium boards can squeeze out the extra 100mhz so long as you get a good chip.

I'm at 4.5GHZ with a standard p8p67 and a 2600k. Volts go up to around 1.38 under load and using a D14 cooler with it.

I had no interest in the next model up since I have zero respect for Jmicron controllers (eStata) and this is the main difference I could see with the next step up from this model.

Any experience with the P8P67 mATX version (P8P67-M PRO)?

Goes up to 1.38 under load? Voltage usually drops under load. Are you using LLC?

I can only hope for a good chip. I don't think I've ever landed a highly OCable chip. Take the X3 I have now. I can't get beyond 3.5, even though many people report 3.7-3.9 stable.

My buddy has that same motherboard, he has his to 4.8ghz I believe? Ill ask him the more technical info (voltages and such) and relay it back.

As for me I have an i5 2500k and a Sabertooth P67. I love the look, And I can take some pictures of my set up if you guys like. Ive got my chip to 5.1ghz stable via prime 95 for 24 hours. Temps got to 65c. I run a 24/7 4.8ghz oc and only lost a frame or two from the 5.1ghz oc. Any other fellow 1155 users having cold boot problems? I just got my first today (after 3 months). Fans spin and stay at pretty high rpm, then pc restarts and boots fine. No oc error. Looks like its plague if you google it.
