P8H67-I PCE Boot Problems

Hi,

Have just started a new build using the Asus P8H67-I (wanted the delux model with WiFi but the board was not available) and was sold the PCE-N15 wireless adapter. The system will not boot with this card plugged into the PCI Exress x16 slot, just a blank screen. First though was the card, but have another brand new card and the exact same problem. System boots fine without the card in?

Not much in the BIOS to change regarding PCI or graphics as far as I can see, manual does not help much either any ideas on what to try?
