In Advanced > Uncore configuration > Memory Remap feature
Enable / disable (enabled by default)
What the manual says:
[Disabled] - Do not allow remapping of memory
[Enabled] - Allows for the segment of system memory that was previously overwritten by PCI devices to be remapped above the total physical memory
Also:
Fast MRC (disabled by default)
While cold booting, MRC directly restores memory data from valid NVRAM without hardware training.
The reason why I'm asking about these options:
The system in question is running Win7-64, and has intermittent stability issues (crashing three times a month at most). I've tested the memory (memtest86+ v4.2 - OK), and as a precaution I've got rid of the XMP profile for the memory to run at 1600MHz and so currently it is running at 1333MHz. It is currently running the 0711 BIOS (from when I built it) and there's been a few updates since then which mention 'improve system stability'), so I'll very likely put those on as well.
